I am a Gestalt counsellor a humanistic approach, that is focused on a person's present life and challenges rather than delving into past experiences. I have a degree in psychology and a master's degree in clinical psychology. Will help you to understand your emotions, behaviour and thoughts. It will help you to understand why you act and feel the way you do.
As your counsellor, I will help you to overcome any problem you might have that is affecting your life. My goal is to help you find solutions to your problems so that you can live a happy and fulfilling life. I will help you to understand your problem and give you the tools you need to overcome it.
Mi enfoque es una forma de psicoterapia humanista, holstica y centrada en la persona que se enfoca en la vida y los desafos presentes de una persona en lugar de profundizar en experiencias pasadas. Le ayudar a entender sus emociones, comportamiento y pensamientos. Te ayudar a comprender por qu actas y sientes de la manera en que lo haces.
Como tu terapeuta te ayudar a superar cualquier problema que puedas tener y que est afectando tu vida. Mi objetivo es ayudarte a encontrar soluciones a tus problemas para que puedas vivir una vida feliz y satisfactoria. Te ayudar a entender tu problema y te dar las herramientas que necesitas para superarlo.

I offer an initial consultation call to discuss you and why you want to start therapy.
Fees
My session fees are £60 face-to-face and £45 online.
When I Work
I work Monday to Friday 1 pm to 2 pm, and 4 pm to 6 pm.
